Epoxy Floor Coatings in Alabama
A Seamless Finish That Lasts for Years
Epoxy flooring bonds a tough resin coating to your concrete, creating a smooth, non porous surface that shrugs off spills, hot tires, abrasion, and daily wear. The result is a floor that wipes clean in seconds and keeps its finish long after bare concrete would have stained, cracked, or worn down.
As certified color specialists, we match the exact color, flake blend, or metallic effect to your space, then install it with the surface preparation that makes a coating actually last. Every floor is handled by the same crew that has served Alabama since 1997.
- Garage and shop floors
- Warehouses and industrial facilities
- Retail, showroom, and commercial spaces
- Basements and utility rooms
- Commercial kitchens and break rooms
- Patios, porches, and pool surrounds

Our Coating Process
Surface Prep & Repair
We diamond grind the concrete to open the surface, then fill cracks and patch low spots so the coating can bond properly.
Prime the Slab
We apply a penetrating primer that locks into the concrete and creates a strong base for the color coats.
Apply Color & Broadcast
We pour and roll the epoxy, then broadcast flake or quartz into the wet surface for texture and depth.
Topcoat & Seal
We finish with a clear, durable topcoat that adds gloss, slip resistance, and protection against wear and chemicals.

Steve R.Epoxy Flooring FAQs
How long does an epoxy floor last?
With proper surface prep and a professional installation, an epoxy floor commonly lasts 10 to 20 years or more, even in high traffic spaces. Industrial grade systems can last longer still.
How soon can I use the floor?
You can usually walk on it within a day and drive on it within a few days, depending on the system and the temperature. We give you exact cure times for your project before we start.
Is epoxy slippery when wet?
It can be, like any smooth floor. We add a slip resistant additive to the topcoat for garages, kitchens, and any area that regularly sees water.
Will it peel or chip?
Peeling almost always comes from poor surface prep. Because we grind and prime every slab the right way, our coatings bond tightly and resist peeling, chipping, and hot tire pickup.
Can you coat an old or stained garage floor?
Yes. We clean, grind, and repair existing concrete before coating it. Heavily damaged floors may need patching or resurfacing first, which we assess during your free estimate.
Does epoxy fade or yellow in sunlight?
Standard epoxy can yellow under heavy direct sun, so for sunny areas we use a UV stable topcoat that holds its color. We recommend the right system for wherever your floor lives.
